JOURNALISM
Below are a few samples of Zachary’s nonfiction. In his career, he has covered the arts and design extensively; profiled numerous writers (Anne Rice, Erik Larson, Joe Hill, beat legend Lawrence Ferlinghetti, thriller writer Lee Child); written about fascinating locales for National Geographic publications; interviewed film and TV personalities and musicians (Neil deGrasse Tyson, The National); covered scores of politicians; and edited the words of authors such as Stephen King, Chuck Palahniuk and many other scribes. (Note: Many of the clips below deal with the writing and design industries because of rights accessibility. Zachary is attempting to secure rights to post a wider array soon.)
